In 2000, the CHILDSERV volunteers moved on and
the SHORE volunteers began to run the shop on their
own. Today, we continue that tradition of success
and continue to search for new avenues to raise funds.
We reach out to a wider range of Northern Illinois
communities through advertising and this website.
More customers are finding our shop and returning
time and time again to hunt for bargains and that
possible treasure of a lifetime! Our wonderful donors
continue to give us quality gently used items. We also
continue to seek new opportunities to increase our
store stock. We currently partner with the Hawthorn
Disney Store in Vernon Hills who donates wonderful
merchandise often.
